In two parts, and the subscription follows the number of channels. Setup starts at 5,000 MAD: scoping, build, testing and deployment of your first use case. Then 2,000 MAD per month for one channel, and 800 MAD per additional channel — so an agent on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger comes to 3,600 MAD per month. Additional channels cost less because the bulk of the work — knowledge base, tone, guardrails — is already done and shared across channels. The subscription also covers monitoring, repairs when a third-party API changes, and API costs up to 1,000 conversations per month. Further automations are quoted separately, once the first has paid for itself.
WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, your website chat and email — the same agent across all of them, giving the same answers. You start on the channel your customers use most, then add others at 800 MAD per month each. It handles French, Arabic and transliterated Darija: we test all three before going live, because Darija is often what your customers actually write.
That is the main risk, and it is manageable. The agent answers only from your content, refuses out-of-scope topics, and hands over to a human when it is not confident. Every conversation is logged so you can check.
The subscription includes API costs up to 1,000 conversations per month, which covers the large majority of businesses. Beyond that: 2,900 MAD per month up to 3,000 conversations, 4,400 MAD up to 6,000. If you regularly exceed 6,000, we connect your own API account: you pay the model provider directly, exactly as you already pay Google or Meta for advertising, and you only pay us our management fee. We warn you before you move up a tier, never after. Also worth knowing: Meta bills separately for messages you send first (campaigns, notifications). Replies to a customer who wrote to you are free.
Three months to start, the time needed to stabilise the agent on real conversations, then monthly with 30 days' notice. If you stop, you keep the workflows, the documentation and the access — we hand everything over, and your team or another supplier can take it on. What you lose is the supervision, not the tool.
