Three months. That is the minimum needed to install tracking, exit the algorithms' learning phase and measure reliable results. After that the contract becomes monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice.
You do, entirely. We always create Google Ads, Meta Business and Analytics accounts in your name and access them as managers. If we stop working together you keep the accounts, the full data history and all source files.
